FilmPros Network is an online platform that connects installers, technicians, trainers, independent contractors, and shops within the automotive film, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, detailing, and related industries.

FilmPros is a networking and directory platform only and is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiting agency, contractor, broker, or employment service.

Users are solely responsible for all information submitted to the platform, including but not limited to work experience, certifications, skills, portfolio content, references, availability, compensation expectations, and contact information.

Users agree not to provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate information.

While FilmPros may review, verify, or approve certain information, FilmPros does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, legality, quality, certification status, experience level, employment eligibility, licensing, insurance status, or qualifications of any user.

Shops and installers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

FilmPros does not guarantee employment, job placement, contract work, subcontract opportunities, training opportunities, business relationships, income, compensation, or hiring outcomes.

Any agreement entered into between users is solely between those parties.

FilmPros is not a party to any employment agreement, subcontractor agreement, training agreement, consulting agreement, compensation arrangement, or other business relationship formed through the platform.

FilmPros shall not be responsible for disputes involving hiring decisions, compensation, payroll, taxes, benefits, travel expenses, relocation expenses, contract disputes, non-payment, termination, or workplace conduct.

By creating an account, users consent to receiving communications from registered FilmPros users regarding employment, subcontracting, training, recruiting, and business opportunities.

Users may manage certain visibility settings within their profiles.

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the platform, including photos, videos, certifications, portfolio content, and profile information.

By uploading content, users grant FilmPros a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute such content within the platform.

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Impersonate another person or company
• Post illegal content
• Harass other users
• Use automated scraping tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Violate intellectual property rights

FilmPros reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, FilmPros Network, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for lost profits, lost wages, business interruption, property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, employment disputes, contractor disputes, hiring decisions, quality of workmanship, certification claims, or user conduct.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FilmPros Network and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute arising from the use of FilmPros Network shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

FilmPros reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
