At FilmPros, your reputation isn't something you can buy — it's something you earn. Every installer starts at the bottom and works their way up through verified work history, reviews, certifications, and activity on the platform.
How It Works
Every installer earns FilmPros Experience Points (FP Points). The system awards them automatically from verified reviews, completed jobs, verified certifications, profile completion, and platform activity. Installers cannot manually change their points or rank — FilmPros calculates everything.
Practical maximum: 8,000 FP Points (Reviews 2,500 · Jobs 3,000 · Certs 1,500 · Profile 500 · Activity 500).
How You Earn Points
Verified Reviews
Reviews from verified shops only. Better ratings earn more FP Points. Fake or suspended accounts never count. Your average rating unlocks higher ranks.
Completed Jobs
Confirmed completed work carries the most long-term weight. Repeat hires and long-term placements earn bonus points. More verified work builds stronger reputation.
Verified Certifications
Upload certificates from brands like XPEL, Ceramic Pro, LLumar, SunTek, Avery Dennison, and 3M. FilmPros verifies them — only verified certs boost rank.
Complete Your Profile
Earn points for photo, bio, portfolio, resume, video intro, skills, availability, brands, and employment preferences. Incomplete profiles leave points on the table.
Platform Activity
Respond to shops, update availability, add portfolio work, and stay active. Activity helps — it cannot replace real verified work experience.
Rank Progression
Points alone do not unlock every rank. You must also meet quality requirements (reviews, jobs, certifications, verified status).

0–249 FP Points · New profile with limited history.

250–749 FP Points · Building a complete profile and early track record.
↓Rank 3 — Skilled Pro
750–1,499 FP Points · Verified certification or completed FilmPros jobs.
↓Rank 4 — Advanced Pro
1,500–2,499 FP Points · Strong reviews and confirmed completed work.
↓Rank 5 — Master Pro
2,500–3,749 FP Points · Verified installer with proven marketplace performance.
↓Rank 6 — Elite Master
3,750–5,249 FP Points · High-volume verified work and certifications.
↓Rank 7 — Industry Legend
5,250–6,749 FP Points · Long-term excellence across the FilmPros network.
↓Rank 8 — FilmPros Icon
6,750–8,000 FP Points · Highest earned rank — admin-approved excellence.
What Shops See
Every installer profile shows rank badge, star rating, verified review count, Verified Installer badge when earned, Founding Member badge when applicable, certifications, portfolio, and years of experience — so shops hire with confidence.
Membership vs Reputation
Membership plans and reputation ranks are completely separate. Someone can pay for Elite Plus and still be a New Member if they haven't built verified history. A free installer can become a FilmPros Icon through hard work. Ranking cannot be purchased — it must be earned.

Inside your installer dashboard you'll see current rank, FP Points, a progress bar toward the next rank, and an exact checklist of what's still required — so you always know what to improve next.
